Yesterday evening my partner and I went to a nearby park to fiddle around with some photography ideas in the long grass with the setting sun. I played around a bit with lens flare – sometimes it can add quite a cool effect. Here’s my favourite pic of the day, shot at 17mm on f4. The bright orange bit of flare in the bottom left is a bit much for my liking, but overall I think the picture is quite nice and has a great sense of illumination.
